SYSTEMIC FORMULAS - UPDATE: Sales of Systemic Formulas products have again been suspended due to issues with the manufacturer. If these issues can be resolved, we will relist the line. We have sold Systemic Formulas' products on this site since 2000 without incident. However, the changes since January, 2005, have proven to be quite challenging. CONVENIENCE UPDATE: For customers who want their order delivered to a different address than where they get their credit card bill, and especially those who are ordering from one country and having their order delivered to another country (ex: buying from Canada, delivering to USA) we recommend you pay by Money Order versus credit card. You can pay by Postal Money Order denominated in US Dollars, or by Western Union, also in US Dollars. While Western Union is faster, Postal Money Orders are much less expensive.

PROGRAMMING UPDATE: We have finished the upgrade to our shopping cart, shipping program, and international services. This upgrade has lowered prices across the board for special order items, dropping the price from $5-$8 on every single item! People ordering products from outside the United States will benefit from a less "US-centric" system, and everyone will enjoy the more intuitive act of transferring the delivery country (used to calculate shipping) to the billing and shipping page (used as part of the payment process.) We appreciate your comments and value any input you offer. Our special thanks to DW, who handled this programming for us.

CREDIT CARD PROTECTION UPDATE: In our ongoing effort to protect against credit card fraud, effective immediately, anytime a customer requests product be shipped to a different address than the billing address for the credit card, they will be required to fax & mail us the following:
- Legible copies of the front and back of:
- The credit card being used, showing signature, front and back;
- The driver's license of the credit card holder, front and back; and
- This signed Credit Card Authorization.
We apologize for this inconvenience. If you cannot comply with this requirement, all you need to do is have your product delivered to your billing address.

IMPROVED SHIPPING: The issue with insurance charges has been resolved. Shipping is now calculated during the checkout process. We are now shipping exclusively via the US Postal Service.

REDUCED SHIPPING: We have completed our change over to shipping via USPS (US Postal Service) Priority Mail and International Express Mail. This change has resulted in substantial savings to you in the cost of shipping. In one recent example shipping was $9.80 via Priority Mail, Insured, with Delivery Confirmation, versus $23.40 via UPS for the same service!

SHOPPING CARTS: Our sincere thanks to everyone who put up with the technical problems in the shopping carts. The carts are now functioning properly with Netscape and Internet Explorer. The cart problems did not effect security in any way, but forced some users to take advantage of our manual SSL secure message board ordering system.
REDUCED SHIPPING: We are in the process of changing shipping companies to reduce your costs - significantly! We hope to have the changeover completed by Friday, August 31st.

TWINLABS: Effective 1 May, 2001, HealingYou will cease carrying TwinLabs products. These products are now widely available in the general marketplace and no longer qualify for sale under our mission statement. You should be able to find TwinLabs products at your neighborhood health food store, GNC, or even most large-chain grocery stores such as Safeway.
