Prednisone is known to carry a host of complications with its use, including damage to the adrenal gland, cataracts, loss of bone density, skin thinning, hair loss, etc. Below is a 6-step supplement table dealing chiefly with one aspect of this issue, that of the Adrenal Cortex. These supplements may also strengthen the Thyroid, do some mild repair to the Thymus and help normalize sleep.

This routine is followed in sequence, guided by the Bio Command formula until done. Example: take Anti-Infective with Adrenal until the Anti-Infective is finished, then substitute Activator for Anti-Infective continuing Adrenal and adding-in Thyroid, Thymus, etc., as shown below.

FINE / COARSE MANNERISMS: Fine mannerism individuals (more sensitive types with thinner skin, smaller bone structure and finer hair) generally require smaller dosages. Coarse mannerism individuals (stronger body types with thicker skin, larger bone structure and coarser hair) may take slightly larger dosages.
ANTI-INFECTIVE: Taken with the Bio Function formula, this alerts the body's immune system to counteract infections in the tissues & organs of the target system. Builds Thymus function balancing left liver lobe and normalizing spleen. DOSE: Fine 1-2 capsules 1-3 times a day. Coarse 2 capsules 1-4 times a day.
ACTIVATOR: Taken with the Bio Function formula. Increase & stimulates actions of Bio Function formulas. DOSE: Fine 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. Coarse 1-2 capsules 1-2 times a day.
BUILDER: Taken with the Bio Function formula. After Activator stimulates, this aids in rebuilding tissue or organ. Contains Anionic herbs which allow cell healing & rebuilding. DOSE: Fine 1 capsule 1-2 times a day. Coarse 1-2 capsules 1-2 times a day.
FungDX: Taken with the Bio Function formula. Cleanse system after treatment/activation/building.
